A little bit about Mayweed:
Mayweed is a native annual or biennial weed that is locally abundant on sandy or loamy arable soils and waste places throughout England and Wales.
Scented mayweed is highly attractive to ladybirds who like to feed on aphids. It would be useful to have some planted between any other plants which are prone to those little critters. Having Mayweed present in your garden can also increase the incidence of other beneficial insects.
