This is a lovely greetings card with an image of a House Sparrow in the hedgerows with lots of pretty bugs and insects. Bring nature inside and put a smile on someone’s face. This is taken from an original artwork (collagraph) which has been turned into a greetings card.
I see my art as a way to educate people about the environmental crisis that we as humans face. Although it looks pretty, there is usually some kind of message in each artwork or a reference to the plants and flowers that are best for pollinators.
I often feature birds in my work as many of them are in decline and I want people to know the ways in which they can help establish a safe environment for them, and other creatures, in their gardens or allotments.
